As I was watching our esteemed Attorney General Jeffie Sessions maneuver his way through the latest minefield of House Committee hearings yesterday on his past statements to Congressional committees, and whether they were at odds with the growing mountain of evidence that he may not have been telling the truth, all I could think about was an ancient Jackie Mason routine. Mason is still around as far as I know, but I decided to see if MY memory about his comments years ago were valid.
I had to do some digging through the YouTube archives, but sure enough, there it was, and after some further digging, here’s the nugget . Again, this commentary was originally written about Reagan, but plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose.
